Free Roof Inspection in Brighton: Your Free Roof Health Check
Yes, it really is free. East & West Sussex Roofing offers a free roof inspection in Brighton and across Sussex, which we call the Free Roof Health Check-Up. So what's the catch? There isn't one. You pay nothing for the check, nothing for the photographs and nothing for the quote, and we ask for no deposit. If we find something that needs fixing, we will show you and give you a free quote. Whether you ask us to do the work is entirely up to you.
What the free roof health check includes
We look over the main parts of your roof and tell you what we see:
-
Tiles or slates, including any that are cracked, slipped or missing
-
Flat roof surfaces and edges
-
Lead work and flashings
-
Gutters, fascias and soffits
-
Chimney stacks and pointing
-
Moss and debris build-up
You also get:
-
Photographs of anything we find, so you can see it for yourself
-
A plain-English explanation of what needs attention now and what can wait
-
A free quote for any work we recommend
How long it takes
The time depends on the size and type of your roof. We will tell you what to expect when we arrange your visit, so you know before we arrive.
Where we cover
We are based in Brighton and have worked across Sussex since 2007. We cover Brighton and Hove, East Sussex, West Sussex and the wider South East. Not sure if you are in our area? Call us and ask.
Why get your roof checked
Small roof problems are easy to miss from the ground. A slipped tile, blocked gutter, crumbling chimney pointing or a patch of moss can turn into a leak if left. A free check means you find out early and can decide what to do, with no cost to look.
